Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Ensure the adequate coordination of the supply chain ( Deliver, Trade, Planning), Customer Care and Order Operations for Puerto Rico and Dominican Rep. being liaison of all those areas to achieve the service level and cost related goals.
Support SOGL analysis and action plans to reduce it, this is one of its main responsibilities, to reduce the inventory level and the scrap in the countries related. Looking for the root causes resolution and supporting on the evacuation plans for short shelf-life products and excess inventory
Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the operations & supply chain
Keeps follow up to the E2E KPI’s defined to monitor the general operation and support action plans with the different areas for process improvement.
Support the tracking of expenses E2E.
Support the projects and initiatives for customer solutions in the strategic accounts.
Ensure the results and service level for the Field Inventory, supporting to the leader of that area.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (with degree released)
Three years of relevant experience in inventory management and forecast analysis
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in SAP, Power BI and Excel for Inventory analysis
Strong collaborative skills and ability to work across time zones, process modelling skills (functional and operational) with experience in drawing and framing logical conclusions are advantageous
