Job Description:
We are seeking an Entry-level Accounts Payable Analyst to join the team in Brooklyn Heights, OH. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no overtime, no holidays, and no on-call duties.

Job Location: Brooklyn Heights, OH
Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
No overtime. No Holidays. No On-call.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Supply Chain Department to resolve payment issues related to missing receipts, variances, and invoice processing.
Process invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to address and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain and update accounts payable records.
Preferred Qualifications:
Lawson application experience preferred.
Physical Environment/Requirements:
The position requires sitting, standing, and bending intermittently throughout the day.
Effective communication skills are essential, both in person, via phone, and email.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
