Our team is looking for an Accounting & Financial Analyst to join them. You will report to the Finance Manager and will have an Onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC.
To be considered for the Accounting & Financial Analyst opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
Strong Excel skills with ability to financial model and build tools & dashboards.
2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with various internal customers.
Thorough understanding of general accounting principles and financial statements.
Experience with the use or audit of ERP and Reporting systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company.
As an Accounting & Financial Analyst, you will:
Partner with Operations, PMO, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality departments to understand and drive financial and operating performance of the business.
Maintain & improve on existing financial models, including the operating cashflow model.
Create, maintain, improve standard reporting capabilities across Indirect, SGA, Inventory, and CAPEX Reporting
Participate in inventory cycle counting process, including review of variances, and processing of financial adjustments.
Contribute to strong internal control environment, including review and analysis of work in process (WIP) inventory.
Assist and lead certain aspects of monthly financial Close, including but not limited to analysis & narrative, journal entries, account reconciliations, standard reporting.
Identify opportunities within team and business for process improvement.
Take on additional projects prioritized by either business or department needs.
